Fit and fabulous at 40 plus…..thanks to Joe!
Let me give you a little back ground, I am 5’2” and almost 43 years old. I have been a 'gym rat' for 25 years. I thought I knew my way around fitness. I went to the gym 5 days a week and did mostly cardio and very little weights. I had to do something else to get my body back! I was in a rut. For at least a month I watched my friend Pat being trained by Joe and saw what it was doing for her. I started in March at 135 pounds and now I am a sleek, athletic 109 pounds! This has been and will continue to be the gift I give to myself and my family.
I will never stop this lifestyle, I have seen what it has done for me in so many ways. I can lift heavy weights, do one legged pushups with my toes on a fit ball and regular pushups are too easy! I can see my abdominal muscles which I did not know I had anymore. And my shoulders look like an athletes. I feel strong, healthy and fit! I sleep better and have much more energy and a side effect, I have really changed the way I look at food. I am enjoying the healthy eating lifestyle. Not only had Joe trained my body to function and look fit but he also has given me nutrition advice that really worked for me. All the magazine articles I read about boosting your metabolism with weight training really does work!
I plan to continue with this lifestyle. People that I don’t even know comment on how petite and fit I am. I may be short, but it has been a few years since someone called me small and petite!
I will NEVER go back to “accepting” the excuse of age, and a slower metabolism causing my body to be out of shape. It takes work and drive and determination but I did it with a whole lot of help from Joe who has kept me focused.

Boot Camp?
I was a little skeptical about something called "Boot Camp". I envisioned a lot of yelling and not the most nurturing environment. However, since I started Boot Camp, I have been nothing but thrilled to wake up and hang out with my newly acquainted friends. I have learned so many new exercises that have targeted muscles I didn't know I had! The biggest change for me has occurred in my arms, waist, hips and abs. I feel much more toned and more firm. I'm into a size 4, lost 11 inches, and my energy level has seen a boost as well! I look forward to every new adventure each morning brings!

Motivational!
I really enjoyed the motivational factor Boot Camp provided! I'm not very good at disciplining myself and the Instructors used gentle yet insistent persuasion to push me to do my best. I was totally bored with my usual workout routine. I knew it was time for a change, and Bridal Boot Camp sounded like the cure. I would highly recommend this program for anyone seeking to rekindle their love for fitness. Every workout was fun and energizing and the camaraderie was truly amazing!
